Paradigm Playtime LLC uses Printify, a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Paradigm Playtime LLC, through Printify, offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Report a problem” form that is available in the post-delivery email from customer@trackorder.site and a sender of Paradigm Playtime LLC.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

We use Printify, a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were delivered in the last 14 days
The Goods were delivered damaged or with a manufacturing error
The Goods were not used
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Initiating a Return

To facilitate a quicker resolution of your issue, We strongly recommend including photo or video evidence when contacting Us. Our team will respond to you as soon as possible.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
